A torpedo & mine laying training ship, that was built by Vosper Thornycroft during 1905 for the Portuguese Navy. The vessel was not seaworthy in anything more than a Force 4 and the model reflected this most realistically!!! It was kit built (Caldercraft), with extra detail such as all decks being strip planked. A great looking model both on & off of the water and is now owned by another member of the club.
