An experimental movie taken by mounting the camera on the stern of a one metre racing yacht... let me know what you think of it! If anyone in the sailing section is willing to volunteer their boat to carry a camera during a race that would be very welcome! The camera weighs around 180g, is waterproof, but needs to be fastened down.

More new models for the web site... Peter Taylor's RTR model of a Riva type speedboat and Roger Yeatman's metal hulled trawler. Arthur Shannon's RAF Crash Tender was previously ascribed to Ron Miller (sorry Arthur). Finally, the beautifully shaped hull of a 1900's 8m racing yacht "The Truant" which Ken Dyer is building from plans obtained from the owner of the original in Scotland.

Photos from a Sunday and a Thursday when the weather was better if still not quite summer - but at least the pond water level continues to rise! Also a movie of Mac Winter's Penshaw (filmed on the Sunday) during which Mac leaps on board! Mac has also provided the original building instructions for the Veron "Trident" trawler kit which forms the basis of his "Dunelm" model.
