The Royal Research Ship Discovery has been exploring the world's oceans for 50 years. I (Peter Taylor) first sailed on her in 1970. On the 21st Decmber she left Southampton for the final time to be replaced by a new ship. Some photos of the event are in the Latest Photos

The Sailing Section pages have had an update and it's hoped to expand that part of the Club web site in future. Some of you may have noticed that this has resulted in a new Club Calendar serving both sections of the club. The Calendar is interactive - you can view different types of events, different months, and even several months at a time.
The Setley Weather page has been updated to take account of changes to the Met Office
site and to make it easier to access weather information for deciding whether to go to the pond!
