13th September 2009 A sunny day with gusty winds. Peter Soffe's ferry boat, Richard Coombs Frigate and Minesweeper, and Cliff Newell's topsail gaff sloop star in our Latest Photos at Setley page.
10th September 2009 An exciting assortment of new pages...
  • Alan Bond invites you to come aboard his Pusher Tug! Go to his Photos and Movies page, read his Pusher Tug comments, then click on the movie camera icon to see the pond as you've never seen it before.
  • Then some photos of Richard Densham's latest build, the Customs and Excise Launch "Sentinel", it's on his Photos and Movies page and as usual Richard has supplied interesting comments, as well as a link to the build history on the Mayhem Forum.
  • Peter Soffe has decided to offer some of his models for sale: the ocean going tugs F C Sturrock, and Tiger, and the Hartlepool Pilot Boat. These are lovely models, view them on our Members Adverts page.
  • Finally the September newsletter from the Eastleigh and District Model Boat Club is available from our Newsletters page.
2nd September 2009 In our "Completely Different" photo gallery there are photos of the 2009 Bisterne Scarecrow Festival. The effort and imagination is amazing, have a look at the photos! It's not that far from Setley Pond,so go down there. But if you've missed it this year, make a note in your diary for next year!
